Children's Party Co-Ordinator

Pay - Is weekly and meets National Minimum wage.

Hours - Variable depending on rink bookings so must be flexible. Sat & Sun shifts between 10am and 10pm, with the possibility of additional hours available during the week and school holidays.

Uniform - Shirt provided. Black trousers/skirt and smart shoes to be worn.

Job description - We are looking for a mature member to work within our team, someone who is hardworking and energetic and can have a good time with party children. You must be quick to learn, reliable and able to use your own initiative. Communication skills are an essential part of the job, as you are required to interact with the children and their parents throughout the party and also other members of staff you will be working will.

You will be required to co-ordinate with and organise children's birthday parties, this involves assisting the children and their parents throughout the two hours primarily making sure they were organised and aware of arrangements. You will prepare the party room, birthday cake and party bags, serve the children with drinks and their meal. You will also be required to sing happy birthday with the children and you will be responsible for cleaning the party and bar area after use. Parties also require a member of staff to play games with them and supervise them whilst skating. The children's party area is situated next to the licenced bar, so you will also be required to serve both alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages to the general public and friends and family of the parties whilst on duty.

MUST BE OVER 18YRS OF AGE.
